We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at entry level. This is a role for someone at the start of their career who is genuinely curious about digital and eager to learn.
You’ll play an active role in creating content, supporting social media activity and contributing across the wider digital marketing mix. You’ll work closely with specialists in SEO, PPC and web, gaining hands-on experience while building your skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.
This is an opportunity to develop quickly, take ownership of real work and contribute to meaningful outcomes for clients and internal projects.
The Role
You will support content creation and digital campaigns across multiple channels. From drafting blog articles and social posts to helping schedule and monitor activity, you’ll be involved in work that drives engagement, visibility and growth.
You’ll also support the wider team across SEO, web and paid media projects. This will give you exposure to how the full digital ecosystem connects, and how each channel contributes to commercial objectives.
In practice, you will:
- Create and edit content for blogs, websites and social media
- Support social media planning, scheduling and community management
- Assist with content research and idea generation
- Help optimise content in line with SEO best practice
- Support campaign reporting and performance tracking
- Contribute to internal marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure content is visually aligned and well presented
Skills and Attributes
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- A genuine interest in digital marketing and online trends
- Strong writing skills with attention to tone, clarity and structure
- Experience creating content, whether through university, personal projects or previous roles
- Confidence developing content ideas for blogs, social media and websites
- Good editing skills and a keen eye for design, layout and presentation
- Interest in social media platforms and how content performs across channels
- Curiosity about how SEO, PPC, web and digital PR work together
- Willingness to learn, ask questions and respond positively to feedback
- Good organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Previous agency experience is not required. Enthusiasm, initiative and a strong foundation in written communication are more important.
