SEO Manager

Summary

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience either client side or within an agency. We are keen to speak to individuals with applied experience in paid and organic search marketing.

Responsibilities

• Regular contact with clients, ensuring they are kept up to date on changes and progress within their campaigns
• Support with new business and pitching
• Monitor and understand clients’ markets and their environments, commenting on how market changes impact their business
• Identify opportunities from a technical and on/off site perspective to improve search rankings and being able to implement the solutions that you suggest
• Identify the most effective methods to reach your audience, understand what motivates them and how to target them
• Developing and implementing SEO strategies
• Keeping up to date with industry developments, spotting opportunities to add value to client accounts.

• Team player who is prepared to work collaboratively but is equally adept in isolation
• Ability to think outside the box to continually improve what we do and how we do it.
• Ability to audit a website independently and make actionable recommendations
• Ability to create a SEO plan of action
• Ability to produce compelling digital content
• Understanding of Google Search Console /Analytics / Tag Manager / Bing Webmaster Tools
•  Proven results and case studies from SEO activity
• Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, as well as off-page and on-page factors
• Experience using leading SEO software
• Confident presenting to clients/prospective clients
• Graphic design knowledge / experience in Adobe suit of products desirable, but not essential.

Salary negotiable depending on experience. Flexible working hours.
