Responsibilities

• Support with new business and pitching
• Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and drive traffic.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities.
• Optimise website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements.
• Monitor and analyse SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and leading SEO software.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Optimise processes and implement AI solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage and mentor a team, providing guidance and support.
• Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance, insights, and recommendations.

Skills

• 5+ years of SEO experience in an agency setting.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience with technical SEO, including site audits and implementation.
• Expertise in off-page SEO strategies, including link building and outreach.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
