We’ve partnered with TPUH for over four years, initially creating a high-performing website that dominated the Glastonbury glamping search space. Our SEO strategy secured them the top spots on Google for competitive, high-volume keywords - helping drive consistent bookings and brand visibility.

The Challenge.

With TPUH expanding into multiple events, their team faced a growing admin burden. Many room types were reused across events with only minor differences - such as pricing, availability or amenities. Cloning and editing each room manually was time-consuming and prone to error. They needed a smarter solution: a flexible way to manage room types centrally, while tailoring them to each event without duplicating effort.

Solving the problem

We developed a custom room management system within WordPress - designed specifically for TPUH’s operational needs. Each room type is now created once, with the ability to apply event-specific variations such as price, features or availability. This modular structure means the team can manage updates from a central dashboard, reducing duplication and human error while improving agility. The result: a scalable content system that supports growth without adding admin overhead.
