Mission Spiritus has just completed its third global expedition – this time, deep into the Faroe Islands. Led by Alan Chambers MBE and Billy Perham, with scientific direction from Dr Maureen Raymo at Columbia University, the team crossed 10 islands by foot and by sea. Along the way, they gathered dozens of environmental samples from one of the North Atlantic’s most untouched ecosystems.
The goal? Help the world understand how far micro and nano plastics have spread. It’s not glamorous. But it matters. And very few people are doing it at this level.
We’ve been proud to support Mission Spiritus since their second expedition in Oman – not by putting our logo on a flag, but by helping bring the mission to life online. Our role has been to make sure their story gets told in real time, with clarity, reach and purpose.
This isn’t a marketing campaign. It’s real science, in real environments, led by people who don’t wait for permission to make progress.
Next up is the Atacama Desert in 2026. And just like before, we’ll be right there – supporting the mission, telling the story, and helping the work land where it matters most.
Mission Spiritus is doing the work. We’re here to help share it.
