Beavis Morgan

Beavis Morgan is a London-based advisory firm supporting SMEs, entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals with accounting, tax, corporate finance and business restructuring services. With a long-established reputation and a growing range of specialist expertise, the firm needed a new website that would modernise their online presence, improve visibility in search and provide a clearer gateway to the services they offer. The Challenge.

The original website no longer reflected the scale or capability of the business. Structurally, it was difficult to navigate and didn’t clearly present key services. Performance across mobile was slow, page layouts lacked consistency and there was little in the way of optimisation for search. As a result, the site wasn’t supporting lead generation or positioning Beavis Morgan as a forward-thinking firm in a competitive market.

Solving the problem

We began by simplifying the way services were presented, grouping related areas together to help users find relevant information more quickly. Content was refined for clarity and tone, ensuring it was approachable without losing professional weight. The new site structure allowed for clearer calls to action, improved user journeys and faster access to team expertise. We also introduced the ability for Beavis Morgan to publish regular news and insights in-house, making the site a living resource rather than a static brochure.

We also introduced a Featured Thinking section to elevate Beavis Morgan’s thought leadership and give them control over timely, topical content. This dynamic area allows the team to highlight insights, articles and updates directly on the homepage - giving them greater flexibility over how they communicate with website visitors and positioning the firm as an active, informed voice in their industry.

Our solution

Content strategy and UX clarity

We worked with the internal team to identify key user types and map out clear pathways for each. This led to a reorganisation of content into service areas that reflected real-world client needs. Each section was structured to encourage exploration, reduce friction and guide users towards getting in touch.

Custom WordPress build

We developed the site using a flexible WordPress framework, allowing Beavis Morgan to easily update service pages, publish insights and manage performance internally. The back end was streamlined to support efficient content management without the need for technical input.

SEO and performance optimisation

The entire build was developed with SEO in mind. On-page optimisation, structured metadata, internal linking and schema markup were implemented from the ground up. Page load speed and technical performance were significantly improved, supporting both user experience and visibility in search results.

Mobile and accessibility focus

We designed and tested the site to perform seamlessly across devices, with layouts and functionality tailored for mobile users. Accessibility standards were followed throughout to ensure the site is usable and inclusive for all audiences.
