They are an accredited member of the association of private pet cemeteries and crematoria (APPCC), and have won the approval of independent inspectors under a strict inspection scheme designed to ensure your pet is treated with care and dignity in a professional setting.

Phoenix Pet Cremations offer a 24/7 personalised and supportive individual cremations service of the highest quality for all pets.

Their key objective was to build a bespoke booking and management system that would automate their business operations and improve efficiency.

Our key actions were to:

  • design and develop a (scalable) online booking and management system to migrate the company to a digital platform  – to improve efficiency of the business by speeding up data-input and automating a variety of routine administrative and compliance tasks carried out by the business.
  • integrate 3rd party services to automate administration – from integrating facilities such as Google Maps to automatically calculate the most efficient pickup/delivery routes, to automating the creation of invoices in xero, we integrated over 6 different APIs to automate various parts of the web application.
  • provide ongoing technical support to continously enhance the bespoke web application – continously liaise with the team at Phoenix Pet Cremations to improve functionality and user experience on a weekly basis.
