On Point Recovery
On Point Recovery are a Vehicle Servicing and 24/7 Auto Recovery service that operate in the Reading, Bracknell, Wokingham and Berkshire area. Established in 2017 their aim is to eliminate breakdown waiting times for their recovery arm of the business. They also carry out and conduct thorough examinations of vehicles to ensure the driver is aware of any issues that may need addressing now or in the near future during their services.
Josh, the owner of On Point Autocare, approached e-innovate as he was looking for a company that could offer a digital turnkey solution for his business. Josh recognised that in order for him to be able to focus on growing the business and also, not over keen to tackle the tech side himself, he needed a fully digital managed service.
The Bigger Picture
The nature of Josh’s business is incredibly hands on leaving him with little time to devise and implement any kind of marketing strategy. We knew that working closely alongside Josh initially to understand his business, values and ethos was vital. By doing so, we were able to put together a succinct plan that would compliment his business, challenge his competitors and match his plans for growth.
We initially needed to set out a plan with Josh as to what we felt needed to be put in place to get him up and running. Once a digital strategy had been agreed, we could then start putting together marketing campaign phases.
Firstly, we started with the On Point Autocare website – the site needed to be clear, easy to navigate and able to show all the different services on offer without appearing overwhelming. As well as designing and building the site, we also implemented our SEO package to ensure organic topic ranking which goes hand in hand with any paid ads that we would be instigating.
Next was the marketing campaign, devising initiatives, social media adverts aimed at different audiences as well as ways of gathering data to add to Autocare’s ever growing database was key – we presented Josh with several ideas of initiatives and then launched these with constant testing across different social media platforms.
We have weekly email or text chats, monthly telephone catch-ups and quarterly meetings with Josh providing him with growth stats, performance reviews and an idea board for his marketing and business development plans. Working hand in hand with Josh, providing him with a full digital managed service including being just a phone call away should he have any email or web issues, means that he can get on with the whole reason he started his business in the first place.
I’ve been working with e-innovate for over a year now and I can positively say that they have had a significant impact on my business.
